INSR: Return of insurance license effectuated

Reference is made to the announcement by Insr Insurance Group ASA (the
"Company") on 20 January 2022 regarding the conditional approval by the
Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority (Nw. Finanstilsynet) (the "NFSA") of
the Company's request to return the Company's insurance license.
The NFSA has today confirmed that it has received all necessary confirmations
and fees relating to return of the license, and that the approval of the return
of the license has come into effect. Accordingly, the Company is no longer an
insurance carrier.
