Klappir hf.: Share Offering Concluded

The share offering of Klappir hf. (“Klappir” or the “Company”), announced on 19.08.2026, concluded on 25. September 2026 in accordance with the previously announced timeline. The minimum subscription amount of 1,457,726 shares was not reached. Accordingly, no subscriptions will be accepted, and no new shares will be issued pursuant to the offering. Discussions with domestic institutional investors are still ongoing and will be continued in a private process.

Over recent weeks, Klappir and its advisers have conducted a series of meetings with prospective investors. The Company received positive feedback on its business, strategy and international growth ambitions, and the Board is grateful for the interest and support shown throughout the process.

Over the coming weeks, Klappir will continue its discussions with domestic institutional investors and, in parallel, plans to explore whether financing alternatives are available internationally in line with the strategic direction and international ambition of the Company.

Klappir remains focused on expanding its presence in international markets, further developing its software platform and continuing preparations for the planned listing of its shares on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Sweden.

Structural trends continue to support demand for Klappir’s solutions, including increasing focus on resource efficiency, sustainability reporting requirements and the growing importance of reliable environmental and resource data for business decision-making.

Klappir has already taken deliberate steps to strengthen its platform for international growth and will continue executing on these initiatives.
