Klaria Pharma Holding AB: Klaria's chairman interviewed on the upcoming European launch of SAF and the potential in the U.S.
Klaria Pharma Holding AB (publ) ("Klaria" or the "Company") announces that a filmed interview with Klaria's Chairman of the Board Fredrik Hübinette has been published by Investor Studios. The interview discusses, among other things, the license partner CNX Therapeutics' ("CNX") upcoming European launch of the Company's market-approved product Sumatriptan Alginate Film ("SAF") for migraine treatment, where Klaria expects significant milestone and royalty revenues over the next 12 months, as well as the potential in other markets including the US. Here, Klaria is collaborating with BDO to evaluate various strategic options including license agreements/other transactions.
CNX is aiming for SAF to reach a market share of 10-30% of the European Sumatriptan market, which is valued at approx. SEK 1 billion per year.
Klaria recently published that an external valuation by L.E.K. Consulting estimates annual global potential peak sales for SAF to be approx. USD 500 million.

Klaria Pharma is currently carrying out a rights issue with a subscription period from 14 October 2026 up to and including 28 October 2026. The proceeds will significantly strengthen the Company's balance sheet and thereby create room for manoeuvre, improved negotiating position vis-à-vis potential partners and thereby good conditions to maximize value for Klaria's shareholders.
