With reference to the announcement earlier today.
The reverse share split was decided as follows:- 100 old shares will give one new share
- Last inclusive trading day: Wednesday,17 July 2024
- First exclusive trading day: Thursday, 18 July 2024
- Record date for shareholder register is corrected to: Friday, 19 July 2024
The majority owner Blue Concept will transfer shares to shareholders holding less than 100 old shares to receive one new share. Other shareholders will be rounded up to the nearest share.
In the reverse share split, Knox Energy Solutions will change ISIN from NO 001 1204158 to NO 001 3289413.
