Kongsberg Maritime ASA – Contemplating inaugural NOK-denominated bond issue

Kongsberg Maritime ASA, rated BBB+/Stable by Nordic Credit Rating, has mandated Nordea and SEB as Joint Lead Managers, to explore the potential issuance of one or more senior unsecured bonds.
Subject to market conditions, one or more NOK-denominated fixed and/or floating rate bonds, with an expected combined size of NOK 2 billion and 3-7 year tenors, may follow.
A Global Investor Call is scheduled for Tuesday, 18 August 2026, at 10:00 CEST.
