Kongsberg Maritime ASA: Successful placement of new senior unsecured bonds

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published on 17 August 2026.
Kongsberg Maritime ASA, rated BBB+/Stable by Nordic Credit Rating, has today completed the issuance of NOK 2.5 billion of new senior unsecured bonds across three tranches:
- NOK 400 million, 3-year tenor with a floating rate coupon of 3-month NIBOR + 0.57% p.a.
- NOK 1,600 million, 5-year tenor with a floating rate coupon of 3-month NIBOR + 0.82% p.a.
- NOK 500 million, 7-year tenor with a fixed rate coupon of 5.41% p.a.
An application will be made for the bonds to be listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Settlement date is set to be 28 August 2026.
Nordea and SEB acted as Joint Lead Managers for the transaction.
