Subscriptions by primary insiders and employees under Lifecare Employee Share Purchase Program - Registration of new share capital

Bergen, Norway 26.7.22 Reference is made to Stock Exchange Announcement 15 July 2022 regarding subscriptions under Lifecare Employee Share Purchase Program and the share issue resolved by Lifecare’s Board of Directors. Employees in the Lifecare Group have been allocated in total 124 719 shares, of which primary insiders Joacim Holter (Lifecare CEO) and Prof. Andreas Pfützner (Lifecare CSO) both have been allocated 20 000 shares representing the individual maximum subscription under the program. The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret).
