Logistea acquires SEK 1,010 million portfolio in Denmark fully leased to Velux A/S

Logistea is expanding its property portfolio and has entered into an agreement to acquire four properties located in Østbirk, Thyregod, Brædstrup and Gelsted through acquisitions of the property-owning companies. Østbirk and Brædstrup account for approximately 80% of the rental value and are located in Horsens Municipality. Most of the remaining rental value is located in Thyregod, in Vejle Municipality.

Velux A/S is one of Denmark's largest companies and a world-leading developer and manufacturer of skylights, with a history in Østbirk since the 1940s. In 2025, the Group had sales corresponding to approximately SEK 45 billion. The properties, together with the property that Velux already leases from Logistea, constitute Velux's entire production network in Denmark and are well suited to the tenant's production and logistics operations. Annual rental income for the now acquired properties amounts to approximately SEK 78 million and all leases are triple net leases where the tenant pays for all operation and maintenance costs. All leases are covered by a parent company guarantee from VKR Holding A/S. Closing is expected to take place on October 15, 2026. After the transaction, Velux will account for approximately 7 percent of Logistea's total rental income.

The transaction is financed with bank loans and own funds.
