First Half Annual Report for 2026
Lokotech Group AS - The board has approved the half-year report and the unaudited half year financial statements. Please see the attachment for the report in its entierty.
Highlights:
The turnover in H1 2026 was NOK 3,818,366 for the group.
The operating result was NOK -13,198,034. The deficit in the group, NOK -14,250,314, is mainly due to depreciation of R&D from previous years, operating expenses, and salary costs. Depreciation of R&D connected with the ASIC accounts for NOK 4,839,609. Payroll costs of NOK 3,543,987 are down from NOK 9,771,684 in H1 2025, as no new stock options were issued and no board fees are considered accrued as of 30.06.2026.
The cash flow and operating expenses are otherwise as expected.
The group's cash balance was NOK 31,429,379 at the balance sheet date and does not include the prepayment to suppliers for the mask set and related production equipment of NOK 99,621,038. The equity ratio for the group was 96.28% as of 30 June 2026, with total equities and liabilites of l60,225,605
During the period the company completed GDSII sign-off and tape-out of its flagship ASIC, placed its first wafer order, brought Powerpool Hosting's pilot site in Northern Norway into full commercial operation, and broke ground at Arctic Core's site in Kautokeino. In June, the company entered into a non-binding letter of intent regarding a joint venture to commercialize the edge AI inferencing capabilities of the ASIC.
