Espen Erdal, SVP Projects and Transactions of Magnora ASA, has purchased 4,094
shares in Magnora ASA ("Magnora") today 25 June 2026 at an average price of NOK
24.10 per share.

Following this acquisition, Espen Erdal controls 27,000 shares in Magnora ASA,
which equals 0.04 percent of the issued shares and votes in the company.

Mr. Erdal also holds 110,000 share options in Magnora ASA.
