MastIT Group acquires the telecom operations of MW Field Services in Sweden, Denmark and Norway

MastIT Group has signed an agreement with MW Group AB to acquire the telecom operations of MW Field Services in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. The operations, with roots in 3GNS, deliver installation, service and maintenance of mobile networks and data centers. Completion is expected on 2 November 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
Through the acquisition, MastIT Group moves from being a predominantly Swedish player to a Nordic delivery platform, with its own operations in Denmark and Norway. The Group can thereby take unified Nordic responsibility for the entire chain, including SLA and FLM deliveries, within telecom, mobile infrastructure and data centers, and follow its customers across national borders. The acquisition also lays the foundation for MastIT Group's sixth business area, Data Center.
With its own office, warehouse and logistics facilities in Arlöv, Malmö – strategically located next to the railway with good logistics – and in Copenhagen, the Group also gains a strong local presence in the Öresund region ahead of planned major construction and infrastructure projects within mobile infrastructure. The acquisition strengthens the Group's capacity within First Line Maintenance, service and maintenance, 5G roll-out and data center installations, with approx. 70 own locally employed staff – approx. 30 in Sweden, approx. 25 in Denmark and approx. 15 in Norway – in locations including Stockholm, Arlöv/Malmö, Taastrup, Kolding, Aalborg and Oslo. Customers will deal with the same teams and contact persons as before – now supported by MastIT Group's combined resources and round-the-clock readiness, every day of the year.

The acquisition adds approx. 70 own locally employed staff in Sweden, Denmark and Norway, and the Group's business areas are expanded with Data Center.
The parties have agreed not to disclose the terms of the transaction. The transaction has been notified for foreign direct investment screening in the countries concerned. On completion, the companies will change their names to MastIT Field Services AB, MastIT Denmark ApS and MastIT Norway AS, and the acquisition also lays the foundation for MastIT Group's planned establishment of MastIT Finland Oy.
