PRESS RELEASE: MastIT Group completes the acquisition of MW Group's telecom operations in Sweden, Denmark & Norway
Karlskoga, 2 November 2026
MastIT Group has today completed the acquisition of MW Field Services’ telecom operations in Sweden, Denmark and Norway, in accordance with the agreement with MW Group AB. All required regulatory approvals have been obtained, and the transaction has been completed as planned on 2 November 2026. As part of the transaction, the acquired companies have been renamed MastIT Field Services AB, MastIT Denmark ApS and MastIT Norway AS, respectively, effective as of today.
With the completion of the transaction, MastIT Group establishes itself as a Nordic installation and service platform for mobile infrastructure, SLA/FLM services and data center solutions, supported by its own locally employed specialists and technicians in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. The acquired operations add approx. 70 employees across Stockholm, Arlöv/Malmö, Taastrup, Kolding, Aalborg and Oslo, significantly strengthening the Group’s geographical presence, technical expertise and delivery capacity. At the same time, Data Center is established as the Group’s sixth business area, creating new opportunities for growth, synergies and cross-border collaboration.
The facilities in Arlöv and the Copenhagen area provide a strong operational presence in the Öresund region, combining local technical resources, warehousing and logistics with the capacity to deliver first-line maintenance (FLM), service and ongoing maintenance across the region.

Established expertise and customer relationships
The acquired telecom operations have their roots in 3GNS (Third Generation Network Services), which was acquired by MW Group and subsequently integrated into its MW Field Services business unit as part of the Group’s expansion into mission-critical infrastructure and services across the Nordic region. Key personnel from the original 3GNS organization remain central to the business, bringing extensive experience and specialist expertise spanning multiple generations of mobile network technology, from 3G to 5G, as well as installation, service, maintenance and data center operations. The acquired operations also bring established customer relationships and framework agreements with several leading telecom operators and system suppliers, covering 5G network deployment, infrastructure services and data center projects, primarily across the Nordic markets.
Through the acquisition, MastIT Group further strengthens and broadens its service offering by integrating MW Field Services’ expertise in telecom mission-critical infrastructure, operations with stringent security requirements and 24/7 service and support.

Comprehensive service offering and Nordic expansion
