Øyvin Brøymer, Chairman of Medistim ASA, has received authorization for a total
of 5,210,398 voting shares in connection with the Annual General Meeting in
Medistim ASA the 27th of April 2021. This represents 28.41 % of voting shares.
Along with Brøymers shares through Intertrade Shipping AS that has 1,285,000
shares, Brøymer votes for a total of 6,495,398 shares. This represents 35.42 %
of the voting shares. The authorizations are valid for the Annual General
Meeting in Medistim ASA the 27th of April 2021.
