Mentice (publ), Gothenburg, a world leader in simulation solutions for image-guided interventional therapies, announced today that Medtronic, Dublin (NYSE: MDT), a global healthcare technology leader, has signed an agreement to acquire Mentice VIST® simulation solutions for 652,000 USD.
