Moreld ASA: Mandatory notifications of trade, employee share incentive programme
Stavanger, 25 August 2026: Moreld ASA (the "Company") has initiated an employee share incentive programme (the "ESSP"), under which employees have been granted the opportunity to purchase ordinary shares in the Company, subject to customary terms including inter alia a lock-up period. The subscription period for the ESSP expired today and the following primary insiders and close associates of primary insiders have purchased shares:
- Sesna Invest AS, a close associate of Trond Rosnes, CFO, has acquired 33,812 shares. Following the acquisition, Mr. Rosnes will indirectly hold a total of 2,527,822 shares in the Company, corresponding to 1.41% of the total share capital;
- Down Under Holding AS, a close associate of Kevin James Murphy, CEO Ocean Installer, has acquired 41,800 shares. Following the acquisition, Mr. Murphy will indirectly hold a total of 2,816,190 shares in the Company, corresponding to 1.57% of the total share capital;
- Jonathan William Logan, CEO Global Maritime, has acquired 26,073 shares. Following the acquisition, Mr. Logan's will hold 369,162 shares in the Company, corresponding to 0.21% of the total share capital;
- L-Coaching AS, a close associate of Geir Austigard, CEO, has acquired 47,323 shares. Following the acquisition, Mr. Austigard will indirectly hold a total of 4,925,231 shares in the Company, corresponding to 2.74% of the total share capital;
