European University Hospital Orders Nexstim NBS 6 System
Nexstim Plc (”Nexstim” or ”Company”) has received an order for an NBS 6 system from a university hospital in Europe. The customer is new to Nexstim and plans to use the system primarily for pre-procedural brain mapping, with the option to expand into therapeutic applications.
The NBS 6 system is CE marked for the pre-procedural mapping of motor and speech function, the treatment of major depressive disorder and chronic neuropathic pain, as well as for the post-operative rehabilitation of motor deficits of the upper limb after tumor surgery.
The NBS 6 is a versatile combination system built on Nexstim's unique and clinically established E-field navigated TMS technology. Its modular architecture enables customers to expand capabilities over time and tailor the system to their evolving clinical and research needs.
