NOBA Bank Group AB (publ) has successfully issued AT1 notes
NOBA Bank Group AB (publ) has successfully issued Additional Tier 1 notes
NOBA Bank Group AB (publ) ("NOBA") has successfully issued SEK 750m Additional Tier 1 ("AT1") notes. The AT1 notes are perpetual with a first call date five years after issuance and pays a coupon of three months STIBOR + 4.25%. The notes will be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. Settlement date will be 20 November 2025.
In the transaction, Nordea and SEB acted as joint lead managers.
