On July 16, 2026, Nordnet AB (publ), through its subsidiary Nordnet
Livsforsikring AS, bought 11,834 shares in Nordic Financials ASA (ISIN
NO0013683409). Nordnet AB (publ), through its subsidiaries, now holds a total of
1,977,754 shares in the company on a consolidated basis, representing 10.04% of
the outstanding shares and votes in the company.
The ownership distribution among Nordnet AB (publ) subsidiaries is as follows:
Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB: 0,073%
Nordnet Livsforsikring AS: 9,969%
Nordnet AB (publ) does not exercise voting rights for these shares.
