Norsk Titanium AS: Notification of transfer of shares by close associate of primary insider

Oslo, Norway, 3 August 2026: Pursuant to an arrangement with one of its
shareholders, Norsk Titanium Cayman Ltd. ("NT Cayman") has held shares in Norsk
Titanium AS (the "Company") on its Euronext VPS account with the shareholder as
the beneficiary. A total of 401,702 shares in the Company has now been
transferred to the beneficial owner upon the sole discretion and instruction by
the shareholder in NT Cayman. There is no consideration for the transaction that
does not represent any investment decision on either party. 

NT Cayman is a legal person closely associated with Shan E-Abbas Ashary, who is
member of the board of the Company. Attached is the notification of the
transaction in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation Article 19.
