Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Norwegian
Block Exchange AS (the "Company") 10 December 2024, regarding the final results
of the rights issue (the "Rights Issue"). 

The Board of Directors has allocated shares to the following primary insiders
and close associates of primary insiders in the Rights Issue. 

oStig Alexander Kjos-Mathisen, who is the CEO of the Company, has been allocated
455,881 shares in the Company
