Nykode Therapeutics - update on expected timeline for pending tax appeal

Oslo, Norway, August 4, 2026 - Reference is made to the pending tax appeal, as
further described in our recent annual and quarterly reports. As previously
communicated, Nykode had received communication from the secretariat of the
Norwegian Tax Appeal Board (Norw: Skatteklagenemnda) that a draft recommendation
from the secretariat could be expected by the end of July 2026. Nykode has
received an update whereby the draft recommendation is now expected in August
2026.

tolerance platform for the potential use in autoimmune disorders, organ
transplant rejections, anti-drug antibody reactions and allergy.
