Obducat receives order for wet processing system from German institute
OBDUCAT has received an order from a German institute for the supply of a wet processing system based on the Company's QSW platform. The order value amounts to SEK 2.3 million and delivery is planned for the first quarter of 2027.
The order relates to a wet processing solution configured to perform various wet chemical processes, including photomask cleaning. The customer is a leading institute focused on the development of smart integrated systems for a range of applications.
The order marks the second QSW wet processing system order received by Obducat during October and reflects continued demand for solutions requiring high process capability, repeatability and control.
Photomask cleaning is a critical process step in advanced lithography processes. Obducat's QSW platform is designed to meet the stringent requirements of both research environments and industrial manufacturing applications.
"We are pleased to see continued demand for our wet processing solutions. Receiving a second order within a short period of time for applications involving photomask cleaning reinforces the attractiveness of our QSW platform and its ability to meet demanding process requirements," says Patrik Lundström, CEO of Obducat.
