OCY: Fixed income investor meetings

Ocean Yield ASA has mandated Arctic Securities AS, DNB Markets, Nordea Bank,
Pareto Securities AS and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ), to arrange a
series of fixed income investor meetings commencing on 21 August 2019. Subject
to inter alia market conditions, a USD denominated perpetual callable hybrid
bond issue may follow. The proceeds from the potential bond issue will be used
for new investments and general corporate purposes.
