OCY: Notice from a repeated Written Resolution

Reference is made to the announcement published by Ocean Yield AS ("Ocean Yield"
or the "Company") on 3 September 2026 regarding the summons for repeated Written
Resolution to the bondholders in the Company's bond issue OCY11 (ISIN
NO0013321364).

The Proposed Resolution (as defined in the Notice) was adopted according to the
voting requirements of the Bond Terms. The Bond Trustee is authorised to take
the necessary actions to implement the Proposal.
