OMDA AS - NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

Oslo, Norway, 12 August 2026: The Board of Directors (the "Board") hereby calls
for an extraordinary general meeting of Omda AS (the "Company") to be held at
the Company's offices in Drammensveien 288, 0283 Oslo, at 14:00 CEST on 28
August 2026.

The agenda includes:
o	Election of members to the Board of Directors
o	Election of members to the Nomination and Remuneration Committee

The Board encourages all shareholders to submit proxy forms prior to the meeting
as an alternative to attending the meeting in person. Shareholders may cast
their votes by using the proxy form with advance voting, as included in the
Notice to the Extraordinary General Meeting.

The documents will be distributed to all registered shareholders and will be
made available on omda.com.
