Paratus Energy: Uploading of Q2 2026 Interim Report with Responsibility statement

Hamilton, Bermuda, September 23, 2026 - Reference is made to the announcement published by Paratus Energy Services Ltd. (ticker "PLSV") ("Paratus" or the "Company") on August 28, 2026 regarding its Q2 2026 results and the Q2 2026 Interim Results Report attached thereto.

The Company has today published an updated version of its Q2 2026 Interim Results Report, which now includes the Responsibility statement pursuant to section 5-6 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act and Risk as well as the Risks and uncertainty statement.

No other changes have been made to the Q2 2026 Interim Results Report compared to the version published on 28 August 2026.

The updated Q2 2026 Interim Results Report is attached to this announcement.
