Pelican Aqua Holding PLC – New share capital

June 30, 2026 - Reference is made to the mandatory notification of trade pertaining to the share subscription by the Company's CFO, Olav B Hamre.

The share capital increase pertaining to the above has today been registered in Euronext Securities Oslo (VPS). Following the registration, the Company's new share capital is EUR 526,500, divided into 42,120,000 ordinary shares, each with a nominal value of EUR 0.0125.
