It is also announced that BI Asset Management Fondsmæglerselskab A/S, CVR no.: 20896477, is the asset manager of the legal persons and that BIAM, subject to portfolio management agreement, is entitled to exercise the voting rights.
As of 21 October 2026, the holding of voting rights was 972,132 votes corresponding to 3.0642% of the total number of voting rights of Per Aarsleff Holding A/S.
