Photocure ASA - Major shareholding disclosure

On 3 February 2022, Briarwood Chase Management LLC, via a private investment
fund under its management, acquired 83,919 shares in Photocure ASA. Following
which, Briarwood Chase Management LLC controls 2,736,380 shares in Photocure
ASA, corresponding to 10.14% of the company's outstanding share capital and
voting rights. The shares in Photocure ASA are held through a private investment
fund which is managed by Briarwood Chase Management LLC, whose Managing Member
is Aalap Mahadevia.
This notification is made public pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act.
