Photocure ASA - Major shareholding disclosure

On 23 February 2023, Briarwood Chase Management LLC, via a private investment
fund under its management, sold 302,599 shares in Photocure ASA. Following this,
Briarwood Chase Management LLC controls 3,858,039 shares in Photocure ASA,
corresponding to 14.23% of the company's outstanding share capital and voting
rights. The shares in Photocure ASA are held through a private investment fund
which is managed by Briarwood Chase Management LLC, whose Managing Member is
Aalap Mahadevia.
