Oslo, Norway, October 22, 2026: Photocure ASA (OSE: PHO), the Bladder Cancer
Company, is today announcing that Dennis Camporeale has been appointed as Chief
Financial Officer, effective on Monday, October 26, 2026.
Dennis Camporeale brings 25 years of experience as senior healthcare investment
banker and corporate finance leader across life science tools, diagnostics,
medtech and broader healthcare. He most recently led the Life Science Tools and
Diagnostics practice at Canaccord Genuity, advising boards and executive teams
on capital raising, M&A, restructuring and strategic development. Alongside his
advisory background, Mr. Camporeale brings meaningful operational experience
from Ally Financial, where he helped transform GMAC from a captive finance

successful US IPO, international divestments and the development of the
financial controls, governance structures and reporting processes required for a
publicly listed organisation.
"I am delighted to welcome Dennis to Photocure as our new CFO. His experience
across medtech, diagnostics and broader life sciences investment banking brings
a valuable combination of industry insight, financial expertise and strategic
perspective to the company," said Dan Schneider, CEO of Photocure. "As we
continue to advance our growth strategy and broaden our reach to unlock the full
potential of our emerging portfolio, Dennis's experience will be instrumental in
helping us execute our ambitions and create long-term value for patients,
partners and shareholders."
