Oslo Børs - Decision on admission to trading – Public Property Invest ASA

Oslo Børs has resolved to admit the shares of Public Property Invest ASA to trading on Oslo Børs.
The Company is granted an exemption from the requirement that the Issuer must have operated the major part of its activities for at least three years prior to the date of the application for admission to trading, cf. Rulebook II for Oslo Børs and Euronext Expand section 3.1.3.3. Exemption is granted on the basis that the business has been carried out for three years, but in other legal entities
It is stipulated that the company prior to the first day of admission to trading satisfies the admission requirements for Oslo Børs.
The CEO of Oslo Børs determines the first day of listing, no later than the 21. June 2024.
