Pure Positioning AB and Enersize decide to terminate the acquisition process according to the previous Letter of Intent

Pure Positioning AB (publ) ("Pure Positioning") and Enersize Oyj ("Enersize") announce that the parties have jointly decided to terminate the acquisition process according to the previously entered into Letter of Intent (LOI).

The process has been characterised by a constructive dialogue between the parties, and the collaboration is terminated in good and professional terms. After a joint review, the parties assess that there is too great a risk that an application based on the current documentation would face significant challenges in the review by Nasdaq First North.
