Redeye reiterates its positive view on Hexatronic following a company visit and review of the case. We expect strong growth in all core markets and predict the operating margin firmly to remain at +10%. Consequently, our EPS estimates and Base Case valuation have been raised significantly. Potential catalysts include reassuring results releases (Q1’21 due 29 April) and further acquisitions.
