Relais Group Oyj: Share subscriptions with stock options 2023A and 2023B

By 30 June 2026, a total of 10,086 Relais Group Plc's new shares has been subscribed for with the company's stock options 2023A and 2023B. For subscriptions made with the stock options 2023A and 2023B, the entire subscription price of EUR 141,103.14 will be credited to the reserve for the company's invested unrestricted equity.
The shares subscribed for with the stock options 2023A and 2023B will be registered in the Trade Register on 31 July 2026.The new shares will produce shareholder rights for their shareholders from the date of registration. After the trade registration the total number of shares is 18,570,589.
The shares will be traded in the main list maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd together with the old shares on 3 August 2026.
The share subscription period for stock options began on 1 April 2026 and ended on 30 June 2026.
