SAS: Change in number of shares and votes in SAS

Reference is made to the announcement made by SAS AB ("SAS") on 30 October 2020
regarding the issuance of new common shares in connection with the successfully
completed recapitalization plan announced on 23 October 2020.
On 6 November 2020, a total of 25,000 common shares subscribed for in the rights
issue were registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office, and the
number of shares and votes in SAS has therefore increased by 25,000.
As of 9 November 2020, there are in total 7,266,039,292 shares in SAS, of which
all are common shares, corresponding to 7,266,039,292 votes.
