SATS ASA: Completed share capital reduction in connection with share buyback
On May 5, 2026, the annual general meeting of SATS ASA (“the Company”) resolved to reduce the share capital by NOK 5,312,500 from NOK 424.350.999,50 to NOK 419,038,499.50 by redemption of 2,500,000 shares.
The creditor deadline for the capital reduction has expired and the capital reduction was registered effective with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret) today, September 2, 2026.
Following completion of the capital reduction the share capital of the Company is NOK 419,038,499.50, divided into 197,194,588 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 2.125.
