SEA1: Changes to the Board of Directors

Sea1 Offshore Inc. has received a resignation letter from Director Rune Magnus
Lundetræ who resigned from his position as a Director of Sea1 Offshore Inc. with
effect from 13 October 2026. The company expresses its gratitude to Mr. Lundetræ
for his valuable contributions and wishes him continued success.
Following the resignation of Mr. Lundetræ, the Board of Directors has appointed
Mr. Ørjan Svanevik as a new Director of the Company with effect from 14 October
2026. The new Director will hold office until the next Annual General Meeting of
the Company.
Following these changes, the Directors of the Company are Christen Sveaas
(Chairman), Celina Midelfart, Otto Moltke-Hansen and Ørjan Svanevik.
