Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement of 23rd of June 2026 regarding the construction of a data center in Kvandal, Narvik. HENT has now signed a contract with Nscale to expand the data center with two additional buildings, with a combined capacity of 75 MW.

-This is a contract of great significance, both for HENT and for the region. We are not just building data centers, we are contributing to local and national value creation through jobs, knowledge transfer, and positive ripple effects for the supplier industry in the Narvik region. We are proud to continue our partnership with Nscale on this important project, says Jan Jahren, CEO of Sentia.

HENT will be responsible for the civil, structural and architectural scope, abbreviated CSA. With this signing, HENT has in total been awarded contracts for the construction of three buildings with a combined capacity of 100 MW for the data center in the Narvik region known as Kvandal North Campus. Nscale previously announced their plans in Narvik in 2025.

Construction work is under way, and the project is expected to be completed during 2027.
