SNTIA: Sentia signs agreement for additional time-critical works at the Multi-Activity Centre in Gällivare

SSEA, a subsidiary of Sentia, has today signed an agreement with Gällivare
Municipality for additional time-critical works at the Multi-Activity Centre
in Gällivare. The contract value is approximately SEK 340 million, excluding
VAT. This is the third order for time-critical works in the project.
The order secures progress on the project while negotiations on the contract
for phase 2 continue. The phase 2 contract was previously expected to be
signed in mid-2026. It is now expected to be signed by year-end.
-We have a good collaboration with Gällivare Municipality, and this order
ensures the project keeps its pace. We look forward to finalising phase 2 and
continuing our work on a building that will become an important meeting place
for the entire municipality, says Christian Wieland, Deputy CEO Sentia and EVP
Sentia Sweden.
The Multi-Activity Centre will include an experience pool, sports and bowling
halls, a cinema, a library and cultural venues, with a total gross floor area
of approximately 20,600 square metres (GFA). The project is expected to be
completed in 2029.
