SNTIA: SSEA secures SEK 107 million contract for preschool in Tegelviken

SSEA, a subsidiary of Sentia, has entered into an agreement with Eskilstuna
Kommunfastigheter AB for the construction of a new preschool in Tegelviken,
Kvicksund. The contract value is approximately SEK 107 million.

The contract represents the second main phase of a larger collaborative
project also encompassing the renovation of a primary school and and new-build
construction of an sports hall. The new preschool will comprise six
departments and will be built using recycled materials from existing
structures, in line with Eskilstuna Kommunfastigheter AB's environmental and
climate targets.

-This project is fully aligned with Sentia's vision of building with
responsibility for people, society and the future. Through sustainable methods
and material choices, we reduce our carbon footprint and give new life to

Sweden.

Construction is planned as a continuation of ongoing works, with the first
main phase -a new sports hall -- having commenced in August 2025.
