SmartCraft Group AB: Change in number of shares and votes in SmartCraft

The number of shares and votes in SmartCraft Group AB (publ) ("SmartCraft") has changed as a result of the new issue of C1 shares, under SmartCraft's long-term incentive programme LTIP 2026, as resolved by the extraordinary general meeting on 29 April 2026.

Prior to the new share issue, there were in total 171,522,305 ordinary shares in SmartCraft, corresponding to 171,522,305 votes in total.

Through the new share issue, the number of shares has increased by 1,314,500 C1 shares, corresponding to an increase in the number of votes by 131,450. As of 30 June 2026, there are in total 172,836,805 shares in SmartCraft, corresponding to in total 171,653,755 votes. SmartCraft holds 10,293,403 shares in treasury.
