- Call option: Expiry: December 18, 2026, Strike: CHF 8.00,  Contract size: 100,
Quantity: 500, price CHF 1.10
- Call option: Expiry: December 18, 2026, Strike: CHF 10.00, Contract size: 100,
Quantity: 500, price CHF 0,.625

Total call option contracts acquired: 2,500 contracts, representing 250,000
underlying shares in SoftwareOne Holding AG. Aggregate transaction value amounts
to CHF 283,750.

The transactions represent the purchase of call options which grant the holder
the right, but not the obligation, to purchase shares in SoftwareOne Holding AG
at the specified strike prices until the expiry date.
