 SOILTECH DELIVERS ITS STRONGEST QUARTER TO DATE 

Soiltech delivered record results in the second quarter of 2026, with revenue of
NOK 132 million, up 17% year-on-year. EBITDA adj. increased by 34% to NOK 36
million, while profit before tax increased by 44% to NOK 18 million.

 SECOND-QUARTER HIGHLIGHTS

 * Revenue of NOK 132 million, up 17% year-on-year
 * EBITDA adj. of NOK 36 million, up 34%
 * EBITDA adj. margin of 27%
 * Profit before tax of NOK 18 million, up 44%
 * Profit before tax margin of 13%

"Activity in the second quarter was high, supported by a significant increase in
our Solid Waste Management business. Clients are responding positively to our
SmartTransfer? solutions, enabling safer and more efficient operations at
reduced costs. Our contract portfolio continues to grow, with new clients coming
on board, building on the strong reputation of our operations organization,"
says Soiltech CEO Jan Erik Tveteraas. 

HALF-YEAR HIGHLIGHTS

 * Revenue of NOK 232 million, up 17% year-on-year
 * EBITDA adj. of NOK 60 million, up 35%
 * EBITDA adj. margin of 26%
 * Profit before tax of NOK 27 million, up 44%
 * Profit before tax margin of 12%
