STECH: Soiltech secures extension of fluid treatment contract in the Dutch sector

 Soiltech ASA has secured a two-year extension with Wintershall Noordzee B.V. in
the Netherlands to continue delivering fluid treatment services on the Swift 10
jackup rig, extending the current contract until June 2028. Soiltech will
utilize its market-leading Slop Treatment Technology (STT®) to perform the
services. The contract extension is classified as substantial¹.

"Demand for our fluid treatment services continues to grow, reflected in our
recent decision to order five additional STT units. We appreciate the confidence

to deliver safe, reliable and cost-effective services under this contract", says
