SOLON: DISCLOSURE OF SHAREHOLDING

Runar Vatne has today entered into an agreement to sell a total of 17,114,986
shares in Solon Eiendom ASA, of which 3,426,456 shares are sold personally and
13,688,530 shares are sold by Vatne Equity AS. Following the completion of this
transaction, neither Runar Vatne nor Vatne Equity AS will hold any shares in
Solon Eiendom ASA.
This announcement is subject to the notification requirement set out in the
Norwegian Securities Trading Act Section 4-2.
