(Oslo, Norway, November 8, 2019) Vatne Property AS has today acquired 2.912.905 shares in Solon Eiendom ASA at a price of NOK 30.0 per share. Indirect owner of Vatne Property AS, Runar Vatne, is a Board Member of Solon Eiendom ASA. Following this transaction Runar Vatne holds 5,000,000 shares privately and 12,498,003 shares through Vatne Property AS, equaling 25.04% of the total share capital and votes of the Company.
