Fremtind Holding Group - Results for the Third Quarter and the Nine Months Ended 30 September 2026

SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge has an ownership interest of 19,5 % in SpareBank 1
Gruppen AS, which in turn owns 51.44% of Fremtind Holding AS.
The Fremtind Holding Group reported a profit before tax of NOK 4,580 million for
the nine months ended 30 September 2026, compared with NOK 3,492 million in the
corresponding period of 2025. Profit after tax was NOK 3,506 million, compared
with NOK 2,618 million in the previous year. For the third quarter, profit
before tax was NOK 1,692 million, compared with NOK 1,503 million in the third
quarter of 2025. Profit after tax was NOK 1,253 million, compared with NOK 1,161
million in the previous year.
SpareBank 1 Nord-Norges's share of the Fremtind Holding Group's profit before
tax for the nine months ended 30 September 2026 was NOK 170 million, compared
with NOK 151 million in the corresponding period of 2025.
