SpareBank 1 SMN: Contemplating issuance of Additional Tier 1 bonds

SpareBank 1 SMN (Issuer rating Aa3 by Moody's with stable outlook) has mandated
DNB Carnegie and SB1 Markets for issuance of Additional Tier 1 bonds of an
expected volume of NOK 200 million.
The potential issuance is approved by the issuer's Supervisory Board. The
transaction is subject to market conditions.
