SB1NO: Allocation of shares as part of the savings programme for employees

The shares purchased by SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge ASA in the period from 2 to 3
November 2026, for use in the group's savings programme for employees, have been
distributed to the employees 5 November 2026, at a price of NOK 228.3910.
After allocation the banks total holding of own shares is 2,368,814 shares which
corresponds to 0.64 percent of the issued shares. A list of primary insiders'
acquisitions of shares is attached.
